In this new chapter, we reaffirm our commitment and values as a Group that has consistently operated with integrity and strong ethical principles — foundations that have shaped and strengthened our corporate identity.
This Code of Ethics provides the framework for regulatory compliance within Globalia. It serves as a guiding structure for the responsibilities and conduct of all individuals across the Group.
We present ourselves to stakeholders as a company driven by integrity, transparency, innovation, and a deep commitment to society. We are dedicated to acting responsibly and striving for excellence in everything we do.
Approved by the Board of Directors in May 2025, this Code reflects who we are and how we operate. It establishes the values and principles that guide our daily conduct and includes provisions for corporate criminal liability compliance.
Any individual affected by this Code of Ethics (employees, suppliers, stakeholders) who wishes to raise a concern, suggest improvements related to the Code, or report possible incidents or irregularities that may violate this Code of Ethics, the Anti-Corruption Policy, or any internal or external regulations applicable to Globalia, may do so through the Ethics Channel or Globalia’s Internal Information System. All communications must be made in good faith, avoiding false or unfounded accusations.

Globalia has a compliance management structure composed of a dedicated Compliance Committee within each division of the Group. These Committees are responsible for promoting and ensuring adherence to the values and standards set out in this Code of Ethics.
Each Committee operates independently within its respective division and reports to its corresponding Governing Body. All Committees work under the supervision of the Compliance Officer and the Group’s Management Body.
Founded in 1998, Globalia is the leading tourism group in Spain, with brands such as Air Europa, Groundforce and Be Live Hotels.
