Air Europa Names Dreamliner After Aitana for World Tour
Air Europa sponsors Aitana's "CUARTO AZUL WORLD TOUR," naming a Boeing 787 Dreamliner after the Spanish artist. Discover this unique collaboration.
Air Europa unveiled this Friday at Fitur, alongside singer Aitana, the first commercial aircraft named after her. The artist, who is embarking on her first global tour, "CUARTO AZUL WORLD TOUR" this year, is the first Spanish woman and artist to be represented in this singular manner in the airline's fleet, which is characterized by its commitment to music as a symbol of unity among people.
The aircraft presentation event, for a Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, was attended by Aitana herself, accompanied by Air Europa's Marketing and Product Director, Rafael Brull, the company's Sponsorships and Agreements Chief, Sebastián Lladó, and the CEO and President of GTS, Narcís Rebollo.
This announcement comes in a very special year. Air Europa, which will be the official airline for the tour and flies to all the destinations where the scheduled concerts will take place, is celebrating its 40th anniversary. For her part, Aitana faces her first global tour after a 2025 in which she consolidated her success and public recognition. The artist, one of the most prominent figures in Spanish pop, attracted more than 160,000 spectators at three sold-out concerts, garnering two Latin Grammy nominations and placing her album "CUARTO AZUL" among the most outstanding albums on the music scene.

The Dreamliner that will now bear Aitana's name is one of the most advanced models in its category for long-haul routes. Capable of reducing consumption and emissions by up to 25% and acoustic impact by up to 60%, it is designed to enhance passenger comfort and rest.
