Globalia Maintenance

Globalia Mantenimiento Aeronáutico, GMA, is the Globalia Group's aircraft engineering and maintenance company. Set up in 1994 to look after the Air Europa fleet, it now works as an MRO open to the wider market, with three hangars and seven working positions across Palma de Mallorca and Madrid-Barajas.

Its trade is returning an aircraft to the air with its continuing airworthiness certified: opening it up, inspecting it, repairing it, closing it and signing it off. Four hundred aircraft have already passed through its hangars, from the Boeing 737 and the Embraer E195 to the Airbus A330 and the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
